Welcome to Samuel Rhodes school.

We are a school for pupils with moderate learning needs. We deliver a bespoke inclusive curriculum, very much focussed towards life-long access to the community and the work place.
We pride ourselves in the sustained holistic work we provide for all pupils that supports them in developing greater confidence, resilience and independence. Our talented staff team create an ambitious and inclusive learning environment where pupils thrive.
This term we will be working closely with parents and carers to quickly re-join pupils with their learning journeys to maintain projected outcomes.

Response to COVID 19

View our School Risk Assessment here . If you have a child who attends SRS please take time to read it. All safety measures will be most effective if everyone in our school community adheres to the same rules and guidance.

If your child is unwell with a temperature, cough or other COVID symptoms please do not bring them to school. Instead apply to have an immediate test and keep the school informed. If the results are positive your child and everyone in your household should self isolate for 14 days.

Please wash your hands frequently using the correct technique, socially distance where possible and have good respiratory hygiene: ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’. If you have any questions please attend our virtual parent support groups where a senior member of staff will be available for discussion.
