Safeguarding
Samuel Rhodes School recognises the importance of creating and maintaining a safeguarding culture that will help all pupils to feel safe, secure and respected, encourage them to talk openly, and enable them to feel confident that they will be listened to.
We are committed to providing an environment where children: can play, learn, develop and achieve, are safeguarded, and are enabled to disclose if they are being harmed in some way.
If you are concerned about a child’s welfare you can contact us via email at: school@SRS.Islington.sch.uk or call 020 7281 5114 and leave a voicemail with your name, contact details and a reason. The Designated Safeguarding Lead or deputy will contact you on the same day in urgent cases.
You can also contact Islington Children Services on 020 7527 7400 if you think a child may be unsafe at any time or the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000.
